Privacy Policy
At Brightlumiar S.A.S. we believe trust starts with clarity. This document explains, in concrete terms, how we handle the personal data you share with us when you use brightlumiar.com or complete our forms, within the framework of Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary rules, including DNPDP Provision 60/2016 and the recommendations in force during 2026.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Brightlumiar S.A.S., CUIT 30-71829456-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us on privacy matters at privacidad@brightlumiar.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to share with us through the form (name, email address and the message you write) plus limited technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited and time reference). We do not collect sensitive data as defined by article 2 of Law 25,326.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, guide you through the available content, improve the site and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it to build automated profiles with legal effects, nor do we transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the service.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your free, express and informed consent when submitting the form, together with our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, always respecting your rights and freedoms.
5. Retention
We keep the data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, unless a legal obligation states otherwise, for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months since the last contact, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
6. Recipients and transfers
We may share information with technology providers acting as data processors, exclusively to operate the site and under confidentiality obligations. If a provider is located outside Argentina, we apply adequate safeguards in line with article 12 of Law 25,326.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing activities. You can exercise them by writing to privacidad@brightlumiar.com, attaching a copy of your identification document to verify your identity. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is the body before which you may file complaints.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical, physical and organisational measures, proportional to the risk, to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is infallible, so we also ask you to safeguard your credentials and notify us of any suspicion.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to the service. We will publish the version in force with its update date and, when appropriate, communicate it through the available channels.
